We record the content you create (quiz banks, rooms, and responses) along with metadata like timestamps, scores, and any media you upload.

We log diagnostic and usage data (device details, IP addresses, referrers, click paths, and crash reports) to keep JellyQuiz fast and reliable.

How we use your data

Delivering the service is our first priority: we use your profile and quiz content to show you relevant libraries, scoreboards, and analytics.

We personalize the experience with recommended quizzes, highlight new features, and remember your preferences (language, avatars, dark mode).

Administrative tasks include billing, fraud prevention, abuse monitoring, and supporting requests you submit through email or the help center.

We send optional communications about new features or promotions only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us host the app, deliver email, and run analytics.

We may disclose information to comply with legal obligations, respond to legal process, or protect the rights, safety, and security of JellyQuiz and its users.

If you connect third-party services (for example bridging to Google Classroom or Facebook), those services may gain access to the data you choose to share.

Cookies and similar technologies

JellyQuiz uses cookies to keep you signed in, understand how you navigate the platform, and remember interface preferences.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may break parts of the service.

Security and retention

We safeguard your data using industry-standard controls (encrypted channels, access controls, and regular audits).

We retain your account data for as long as your account exists or as needed to fulfill legal obligations, after which we securely delete it.

Your rights

You can review and update your profile at any time through the Profile Settings page.

If you want to permanently remove your JellyQuiz profile, use the Delete Account action in your account settings or contact support at info@jellyquiz.com.

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to correct inaccurate information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version here with an updated effective date at the top of the page.

If any change materially affects how we use your personal data, we will notify you before it takes effect.
