These terms explain how JellyQuiz should be used, how accounts and content are handled, and what commercial expectations apply once you move onto paid plans.
Welcome to JellyQuiz
By using JellyQuiz, you agree to these Terms of Service. We build a playful learning space that lets teachers and students create, share, and play quizzes safely.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform and contact us at info@jellyquiz.com before continuing.
Accounts and access
You must provide accurate information when you register, keep your password secure, and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
JellyQuiz accounts are personal; sharing credentials or otherwise granting others unfettered access is prohibited without express permission.
User content
You retain ownership of the quizzes, images, and explanations you upload. You grant JellyQuiz a worldwide license to host, display, and distribute that content so the service works properly.
We expect you to behave respectfully. Do not upload offensive, abusive, or unlawful content—content that violates our community standards may be removed without notice.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans unlock extra rooms, personalization, and advanced analytics. You may be billed on a monthly or annual cadence depending on your plan.
Cancel anytime from the Profile Settings page and your access will continue through the end of the billing period.
Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer our services, abuse automation, or use JellyQuiz to harass others.
If you disrupt the platform, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately.
Modifications and termination
We may update or discontinue features at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of those changes.
You can close your account via Profile Settings; we will prompt you to confirm the deletion to protect you from accidental data loss.
Disclaimers and liability
JellyQuiz is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee it is error-free, uninterrupted, or always available.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you actually paid in the prior 12 months.
